One firm designs your remodel, room addition, or ADU, takes it through City of Fullerton permits, and builds it. You can also hire us for design and permits only.

Yes. Many Fullerton homes were built before 1970 and some sit in Residential Preservation Zones under Fullerton Municipal Code Chapter 15.48. AS Design Build is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, which federal law requires for paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978.
